It is being described in the earlier about the causes of the cancer. Among the several causes that induce the cancer cell to grow in the human one such causes that can be eliminated is the causal agents that are highly responsible for the stimulation of the cancer cell in the human body. The major cause for the occurrence of the hepatocellular cancer is hepatitis B virus (HBV). The latest invention to cure cancer has identified a chemical to prevent this virus from infecting the human body. The possible way to prevent the Hepatocellular B Virus is that use of prophylactic vaccine in the human body. Once this is induced it reduces the HBV which in turn reduces the occurrence of the hepatocellular cancer. Only after several researches this drug has been proposed as vaccine for the particular cancer and several countries have started using this vaccine.  Several other vaccine have also been developed but still they have not yet recommended as like for the HBV.

This is has an acronym of TKs are the one of the newer form of treatments that is being discovered in the field of medical sciences to treat the cancer. It is clearly explained that alteration is certain normal pathways in the functionalities of the human bodies induce cancer cells to grow in the human body. TKs are of greater importance in signal transduction pathways and hence it follows the necessary action that has an ability to switch the abnormal pathways or switch off the active pathways of the cancer cells. One such TK agents that have been discovered are the Imatinib. This effective usage of TK has been remarkably successful in treating myeloid leukemia and gastro intestinal stromal tumors. Other TK agents such as Gefitinib and eritonib are also being evaluated in several clinical concerns for treating certain types of cancers. Of course this cannot be used to treat all types of cancer and hence the oncologist should evaluate the patient properly before starting the course of the treatments.

If the cancer is able to be physically detected then it is clear that tumor has crossed its one third of its life span and moreover the size of the tumor might be around one centimeter. Of course as the time increased before the detection of cancer than obviously it increases the aggressiveness of the cancer or the tumor cells. It is clearly experimented and proved that cancer can be cured if only small number of cancer cells is present in the human body at the start of the therapy that is early detection. The factor is true because if the cancer is identified at the early stage it wouldn’t have spread to the other regions of the body and hence it reduces the level of criticality the patient will suffer. Moreover the hardest part here is that detecting the cancer at the earlier stage as it doesn’t show up any symptoms relevant to that of cancer.

Although there are several treatments being described in the above section still there are certain factors that takes the treatment to the unresponsive pathway. One such factor is the cellular heterogeneity because by the time the cancer reaches the stage of treatment the cells in the body behave heterogeneously and this factor reveals that only some cells respond to the treatment whereas certain cells remain unresponsiveness. This property of heterogeneity is due to the individual characteristics of the cell and its location on the human body. The frightening factor here is that the individual cell can develop resistance against the treatments due to their property of independency. Of course this cannot be achieved by the cell in the surgical treatment as it directly removes the cell whereas the other treatments only use the drugs. Location of the cell is also responsible for the responsiveness factor as the drugs should reach the location through general circulation.

It is similar to the immunotherapy as like stimulating the immune system of the patients. The human body is being treated with the anti-body chemical which acts on the specific antigens in the human body. Once it is injected it binds the target cells and stimulates the immune system of the human body which intern will kill those cells. The major advantage of this particular treatment is that the chemicals can be made to hit directly on the target cells and hence it doesn’t have adverse effect on the other cells of the body resulting in some other side effects. Several method of anti-body treatments are being done on the human body to treat the cancer such as Radio activity immune therapy, ADEPT, immune liposomes etc. the current antibodies are bevacizumab, trastuzumab where are used to treat cancer. Of course the kind of treatment totally depends upon the cancer location and the maturity of the tumor cells.
